In most states, if you’re a licensed Real Estate professional or an insurance agent for Title and Escrow, you are required to take CE classes. Continuing education, (also known as CE), ensure that you have the most current information and understanding about important topics in the insurance field. Utah State is one of those states that does require CE classes to renew your license. Fortunately, there are several options available for you to take those courses.
Metro Experience Title offers many CE classes throughout the year. These classes are taught by a licensed CE teacher that has real-world experience and the best information on recent changes. In these classes, you may learn about new types of policies, new laws or statutes that have taken effect recently, ethics, general insurance knowledge, and many other topics that are essential. They aim to help improve your skills and knowledge while having a fun learning experience.
Every agent or officer has a set of required amount of hours that they must accomplish, as required by the State. Roughly, 12-24 hours, every two years. Metro has in-person classes or Zoom meetings for your convenience; we’ll even report the hours you spend in class to the state for you.
After meeting your required hours of Continuing Education, you’ll be able to renew your license and continue to succeed in your field. While these courses take time out of your busy calendar, they are valuable and can help you get a better vision of the Real Estate market as a whole.
While there are many places and websites you can visit to get your CE classes done, working with someone you know and trust is invaluable. Metro Title has the go-to knowledge you want and the experience that you can rely on. We can help you reach your CE goals and work with you toward a brighter future.
